15-Day Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
